Wall and Floor Tiling
New Blockwork and Plaster
This job was carried out after a fire incident. The open area was rebuilt with 4 inch blocks, then replastered in sand and cement, with a float finish (smooth finish plaster). A new plastic door was fitted and the wall was painted in masionary paint (quality exterior paint).

Artex Ceiling
The ceiling was damaged from a water leak. The old ceiling was taken down and new plasterboard was fitted. The joints were tapped and filled, thennew artex pattern (swirl) was applied to the ceiling which was 12.8m².

Bathroom Project
I am currently working on a bathroom which had been flooded by a burst pipe. The bathroom had to be gutted and remodelled.
Here is the work I am doing on repairing the water damage:
Bathroom
Supply and fix wall titles around bath including bonding agent, adhesive and grout.
Supply and fix new vinyl floor tiles including bonding agent and adhesive.
Repair plaster board to airing cupboard and apply skim coat.
Repair/Fit new chipboard (18 mm) to wall of airing cupboard.
Apply two coats of emulsion paint to walls.
Remove and fit new skirting boards (4.5m) undercoat and gloss.
Supply and fix new door to airing cupboard (2’ x 6’6″) undercoat and gloss.
Plain bottom and side only of bathroom door, undercoat and gloss door
Hall
Remove old skim coat and re-skim wall including bonding agent.
(Isolated repairs) by bathroom door.
Prepare/Hang decorative paper to wall (1 roll) by bathroom door (isolated repair).
Remove and fit new skirting boards (1.5m) undercoat and gloss.
Plain bottom and side of two bedroom doors, undercoat and gloss doors.
I shall upload stages of the development as I go and you can view my progress so far.
Some work still needs to be done until I’m finished.
